The past couple of weeks I have been back to...
I can definitely feel it in my face and body.
I feel sluggish and more tired, I don’t feel as graceful on the pole and it’s affecting it because now it’s like I have more weight to carry, so I don’t do spins and stuff as well or something.
It really sucks how the weekends always end up with me eating late at night and eating a lot.
My goal is to stop eating after 8pm.
